Until July 16th Columbia postdocs and Associate Researchers are voting on our first union contract. The tentative agreement with Columbia includes substantive and important improvements, including new minimum salary rates that will make postdoc minimum salaries at Columbia the highest in NYC. The bargaining committee overwhelmingly recommends ratification of the agreement as our first union contract. To read a summary and/or the full tentative agreement, click here.
