The HARDSHIP SUPPORT FUND APPLICATION is now LIVE. Are you experiencing financial hardship due to an unexpected medical emergency or other unanticipated expense? Apply for reimbursement through the Hardship Support Fund by July 15 at the link here.
Make sure your application is accurate and complete to ensure quick decisions can be made by the Hardship Support Fund Review Committee, which includes 2 union representatives, 1 OPA representative and 1 Columbia administrator.
