Meeting to discuss policy on submitting time-off tracker

Our union contract ensures for the first time that departments and labs provide us certain amount of time-off and Columbia has implemented different methods to track our time-off, some of them more better than others. We would like to meet up and discuss this issue and how to ensure that there are no unnecessary burdens imposed on researchers at Columbia.
