Are you experiencing financial hardship due to an unexpected medical emergency or other unanticipated expense? Apply for reimbursement through the Hardship Support Fund\u00a0by July 15\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cumc.co1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_56C2i8xIsS28sZg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">at the link here<\/a>.\u00a0<br><br>Make sure your application is accurate and complete to ensure quick decisions can be made by the Hardship Support Fund Review Committee, which includes 2 union representatives, 1 OPA representative and 1 Columbia administrator. Approved funds will be disbursed in August.
