Postdocs and Associate Researchers at Columbia University cast a total of 891 ballots. <strong>Union members voted with a majority of 88.4% Yes to ratify the tentative agreement as our contract.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members voted as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>88.4% voted in favor of ratifying the agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>11.5% voted against ratifying the agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of the total ballots cast:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>89.4% voted in favor of ratifying the agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10.6% voted against ratifying the agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you to everyone who participated in the vote.
