As your Postdocs and Associate researchers collages we are organizing an orientation and social on Thursday September 15th at 6pm on Fairchild<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

For new postdocs and Associate researchers: Welcome to Columbia! For the rest, let’s start the 2022-2023 Academic year\u00a0 getting together and discussing what we want to win on our next contract.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At our orientation, we\u2019d love to\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– introduce ourselves, and the union and meet the postdocs\/ARs elected to negotiate our next contract;<\/span><\/p>\n

– help orient you to the university;<\/span><\/p>\n

– familiarize you with your rights under our union contract;<\/span><\/p>\n

– and facilitate a social space for you and other new postdocs and ARSs. There will be food and drinks!<\/span><\/p>\n
