If there are any questions you\u2019d like to send to her in advance please reply to this email.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>And bring any other suggestions!\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a reminder, to conduct discussions and votes in an orderly manner at our membership meetings, we follow the parliamentary procedure used in most Local Unions and community organization meetings outlined in Robert\u2019s Rules of Order. <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/columbiapostdocunion.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Cheat-Sheet-of-Roberts-Rules-of-Order.pdf\">You can find a cheat sheet with the most commonly used rules here<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. If you have any questions about how to use these rules during the meeting, always feel free to ask.
