DESCRIPTION:\n\nIn 2020, as stated in our contract, we will begin implementing a committee with the Columbia Administration to develop a university-wide policy against bullying, or power-based harassment. We know that in order to win real protections against bullying and harassment we will need to build a strong campaign to put pressure on Columbia.
